Yep, can happily attest from experience - prayer improves focus, organization, motivation, and stress and expectation management. Also provides much-needed perspective, community and structure on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. All that equals health benefits in my book, long before the epidemiologists show me statistics.
